Olympic rings taking pride of place in the Capital

Giant Olympic rings have been unveiled in Cardiff City centre today to mark the arrival of the games later this year.

The Great Britain women's football team will play the first event of the competition in the capital when they take on New Zealand on the 25th July.

That is two days before the official opening ceremony in London.

Eleven games in all will take place in the Cardiff in total and one former Olympian says people should be excited about what is coming.
