Heavy rain and high tides lead to flooding
It's a very wet end to the Easter Weekend withthe Bank Holiday Monday seeing rain that's expected to last for much of the day.
By the end of Monday parts of Wales will have seen between one and two inches of rain but some parts could see in excess of 60mm.
The heaviest of the rain is across the western and northern hills with the rain becoming lighter and patchier from time to time in the lee of the hills. The rain that has already fallen and drained into river systems met very high tides coming the opposite direction leading to flooding.
There have also been reports of roads flooding on Anglesey.
Once the main rain band clears we'll see a return of heavy showers. Through tomorrow afternoon we could see these turning heavy and thundery with hail too.
