Two people killed in Co Monaghan crash

Two people have been killed in a road crash in County Monaghan.

The crash happened on the N54 road between Clones and Smithborough around 6:45pm on Monday evening.

Three further people were taken to hospital for treatment, with two in critical condition.

The road is closed and diversions remain in place.
