Man dies after falling from rocks near Ballycastle
A man has died after falling on Fair Head cliff near Ballycastle.
The man fell while climbing rocks on Northern Ireland's north coast.
The coastguard received a call alerting them to the accident shortly after 1pm on Thursday.
A coastguard rescue helicopter from Scotland was sent along with cliff rescue teams.
The PSNI and the Ambulance Service also attended.
A coastguard spokesperson said the man was recovered from the bottom of the cliff by the rescue helicopter.
The man was declared dead at the scene.
