Lisburn security alert declared a hoax

A security alert in Stoneyford Village, Lisburn has been declared a hoax.

A number of homes were evacuated following the discovery of a suspicious object on Wednesday morning.

The object has been taken away for further examination.

All roads have now re-opened, and residents have been allowed to return to their homes.
