Barry's Amusements to remain open through sale process
The owners of Barry's in Portrush say the iconic amusement park is 'open for business as usual' during the 2020 season.
Amid ongoing concern, the business was put up for sale by the Trufelli family in November last year.
The park has been in operation since 1926.
In a statement, the Trufelli family said the process of selling 'takes time' but that there had been a 'strong interest' from potential buyers.
They said: "We would like to thank our employees and our customers for their continued patience and messages of goodwill over recent months. We look forward to welcoming you all to Barry’s this forthcoming season."
The opening dates include over Easter and throughout the summer holidays.
