IN PICS: Belfast celebrates Culture Night

Thousands of people took to the streets for a cultural celebration in Belfast on Friday night.

Some 230 free events were put on as part of Culture Night, including a tap dancing world record attempt.

The event is now in its tenth year and this year’s theme was love.
