Twelve tractors stolen from Co Down farm

Twelve tractors and other farm machinery have been stolen in Co Down.

Police were called out to the address on the Killynure Road in Carryduff just after 5pm on Thursday 9 August.

Upon arrival, officers found that entry had been forced to a number of outbuildings.

Among the items stolen were twelve vintage tractors, a low loading trailer and a power washer.

The following models have been taken:

  • Two Massey Ferguson 135s

  • Massey Ferguson 148

  • Massey Ferguon 135MP

  • Massey Ferguson 35

  • Massey Ferguson 165

  • Massey Ferguson 20E

  • Massey Ferguson 230

  • Massey Ferguson 35X

  • Massey Ferguson 240

  • Nutfield Universal

  • Dexta

As can be seen above, ten of the tractors are Massey Fergusons.

Two of these have cabs, while all have red bodywork and grey chassis.

Two other vintage tractors - a Nutfield Universal which is orange in colour - and a blue Dexta have also been taken.

It is believed to have taken place at sometime between 10am on Wednesday 8 August and 4.30pm on Thursday 9 August.

Police have appealed for any potential witnesses to come forward.
