Stalemate at Windsor Park for Linfield and Dungannon
Linfield 0-0 Dungannon Swifts
There was more frustration for Linfield as Dungannon Swifts took a point away from Windsor Park in this stalemate.
Dungannon came close to breaking the first half deadlock, seven minutes from the interval, but Jarlath O'Rourke's long-range strike hit the crossbar.
The Swifts continued to look dangerous, and two minutes before half-time, Daniel Hughes dispossessed Jimmy Callacher and ran through on goal, but Gareth Deane was able to deal with the danger.
Linfield upped the pressure in the second half, substitute Kurtis Byrne saw his powerful effort flicked away by Stuart Addis.
Callacher came close too, but narrowly missed the target from a Kirk Millar ball.
Mark Stafford was the next to come within a whisker of opening the scoring on 72 minutes, but his header just missed the post.
