Woman arrested in Carrickfergus drug raid

A 26-year-old woman has been arrested on suspicion of possession with intent to supply Class-B controlled drugs.

It follows a planned search of a house in the Carrickfergus area by the Paramilitary Crime Task Force on Friday.

Police seized a quantity of suspected cannabis resin, along with a sum of cash and drugs paraphernalia was seized during the search.

The woman remains in police custody.
