Two arrests in Finaghy murder probe
Two men, aged 23 and 27, are being questioned over the murder of 51-year-old Anne O'Neill in Finaghy, South Belfast.
Police were called to a house on Ardmore Avenue at around 7am on Saturday morning.
They received a report of a woman in distress, with neighbours saying they heard screams from the property.
They found her injured in the back garden of the house and despite the attempts of the emergency services at the scene, the woman died from her injuries.
Detectives are appealing for anyone who witnessed any suspicious activity or any vehicles driving in the area to contact Musgrave Police Station on 101, quoting the reference number 338 for 21/10/17.
