Northern Ireland will be without Gareth McAuley, Craig Cathcart and Niall McGinn for their match against New Zealand.

The squad took a break from training on Thursday, ahead of tonight's friendly.

The game will prepare the team for next week's World Cup qualifier in Azerbaijan.

With some big names missing, Shay McCartan could be in line for his debut. After coming through the youth ranks at Northern Ireland, he feels ready to feature on the senior stage.
