Decky Dalton to take on former UFC star in Belfast

Belfast featherweight, Decky 'the Diamond' Dalton is in action on Friday night at Belfast's SSE Arena.

The cult hero fights former 'Ultimate Fighter' winner Jonathan Brookins - but for Dalton the real fight has been outside of the cage.

Dalton stepped away from the sport for four years in dealing with personal issues.

He admitted having mental health issues throughout his darkest periods - and credits MMA (mixed martial arts) for saving him from the road he was on.

Now Decky is back and feels the Belfast crowd can inspire him to victory against his tough American opponent.
