In his first interview since his election, Donald Trump has said he would consider keeping parts of the healthcare law he vowed to repeal.

In the interview with the Wall Street Journal, he also said he had given only a little thought to appointing a special prosecutor to investigate Clinton.

Trump businesses plan new management structure

The management of Donald Trump's business portfolio will be transferred to his children Donald Trump Jr, Ivanka and Eric and a team of executives, ahead of the newly elected president assuming office.

"This is a top priority at the organization and the structure that is ultimately selected will comply with all applicable rules and regulations," a spokesperson for the Trump Organization said in a statement.

Involvement with Trump's businesses will likely preclude the Trump children from taking positions in their father's cabinet.
