Bar Council: Truss should condemn Brexit ruling backlash
The Bar Council has called for Justice Secretary Liz Truss to condemn the "serious and unjustified attacks on the judiciary" in the wake of the High Court decision over Brexit.
High Court judges have come under criticism from parts of the printed press and a number of Tory MPs after ruling that Parliament should vote before the government is able to trigger Article 50, which will officially start the process of Britain leaving the European Union.
