Donald Trump's refusal to say whether he will accept the result of the US Presidential Election or not is "horrifying", Hillary Clinton has said.

Speaking after the third and final presidential debate the Democratic Party candidate continued that accepting the results of "free and fair elections" is part of the US's 240-year history.

Mr Trump's refusal to say whether he will accept the outcome "is part of his whole effort to blame somebody else for his campaign... Whenever he is losing... he says it's [the system] rigged against him".

Ms Clinton also said she "didn't pay any attention" to the billionaire businessman branding her a "nasty woman".

Ms Clinton also said she was "concerned" that the Republican candidate has "refused" to "condemn" Russian "cyber-attacks against Americans".
