Ellie Simmonds claims gold in women's SM6 200m medley

Ellie Simmonds has claimed gold in the women's SM6 200m medley on day five of the Paralympic Games in Rio.

Simmonds finished in 2:59.81, defending her title from London 2012, and setting a world record in the process.

She becomes the first woman in the event to finish below the three-minute mark.
