Witness: 'Suspect walking around as victims lay in road'

Witness Phillipa Bagley told ITV News the suspected attacker had a motorcycle helmet balanced on his head and was "walking up and down the street" moments after the attack.

Ms Bagley, from Northampton, said that she saw one or two victims lying in the road and initially thought there had been a motorcycle accident.
