Norway police 'informed' of citizen's arrest

Norway's police say they have been told that a 19-year-old Norwegian national has been arrested on suspicion of murder in relation to the attack.

Officials said the suspect is listed as emigrating from Norway in 2002, when he was five years old.

In a statement, the Norwegian police and National Criminal Investigation Service (NCIS) said they are ready to assist the British police in their investigation.
