Angela Eagle will make a challenge for the Labour leadership, although she won't give a statement today.

ITV News Political Correspondent Carl Dinnen announced her decision and said: "Owen Smith might also stand", but he added if Labour supporters wanted to challenge Jeremy Corbyn, they need "one unity candidate, and at the moment Angela Eagle thinks that's her."
