Jo Cox: MP 'was preparing report on far-right nationalists' before she was killed

Police are investigating possible links to right-wing extremism in their investigation into the murder of Labour MP Jo Cox.

Police described the killing as a "targeted attack"
It was revealed police investigated two previous unrelated incidents in which Jo Cox received "a malicious communication of a sexual nature" at her Westminster office
The Times reports she was preparing a report on the dangers of far-right nationalists when she was murdered which she planned to publish on June 29
Tommy Mair has been charged with Mrs Cox's murder

Crowds of people have gathered at Westminster's Parliament Square tonight to pay tribute to murdered Labour MP Jo Cox.

A vigil, where flowers and notes of condolences have been left, was set up opposite the Houses of Parliament in the wake of Ms Cox's death.
