A rebel rocket attack on a hospital in Aleppo has killed dozens of people, Syrian state TV reports.
The latest airstrike comes days after an attack on a clinic in a rebel-held part of Aleppo killed 27 medical staff and patients, including Dr Muhammad Maaz, one of the last paediatricians in the area.
At least 19 people, including three children, have been killed in rebel airstrikes on government-held areas of Aleppo.
That death toll is likely to rise, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights reported.
Around 80 people have been injured, many seriously, with a hospital among the buildings hit by rocket fire.
The Democratic presidential candidate may also have shown his cards on his choice of running mate.
The US president also shared a post on Twitter accusing Dr Anthony Fauci of misleading the public over hydroxychloroquine.
