Prosecutors: Abrini admits to being 'man in the hat'
Paris attacks suspect Mohamed Abrini has admitted to being the Brussels airport "man in the hat", the Belgian Federal Prosecutor said.
The 31-year-old was charged earlier today with taking part in a terrorist organisation.
The "man in the hat" was pictured on CCTV with the two suicide bombers in the departure hall before the blasts in Brussels airport on March 22.
"We confronted him with the video evidence prepared by our special unit," a spokesman for the prosecutors' office said. "He had to admit it was him."
