Briton missing since Brussels terror attack confirmed dead

David Dixon, 53, who was missing since Tuesday's bombings, has been confirmed dead by his family.

Tuesday's attacks on the Brussels airport and metro system killed 31 people and injured many more.

Student Leopold Hecht killed in Brussels metro attack

Law student Leopold Hecht, 20, has been named among the dead after a suicide attack on the Brussels Metro yesterday.

His death was confirmed by the the Universite Saint-Louis in Brussels where he had been studying.

"I have the immense sadness to inform you of the death of Leopold Hecht, a law student," said the university's chancellor Pierre Jadoul .

"He was one of the unfortunate victims of the barbarous acts carried out on 22 March at Maelbeek station.

"There aren't any words to describe our dismay at this news. All our thoughts are with his family and friends."
