More than 100 people 'killed in first week of Syria ceasefire'

More than 100 people have reportedly been killed during the first week of Syria's ceasefire, according to a prominent monitoring group.

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights said a total of 135 people were killed in areas of the country that are meant to be covered by the cessation of hostilities agreement.
