First of two winners comes forward to claim record Lotto jackpot

One of two winning ticket-holders for Saturday night's historic Lotto has come forward to claim their share of the £66 million jackpot, Camelot has confirmed.

The two winners, who both matched six winning numbers, will take home £33 million each.

The winning Lotto numbers were: 58, 47, 27, 46, 52, 26 and the bonus number was 48.

One of two winning ticket-holders for Saturday night's Lotto has come forward to claim their prize, Camelot has confirmed.

The National Lottery operator said that it had received a claim on one of the tickets and further security checks would take place.

A spokesperson for Camelot explained that the earliest the ticket can be validated and the prize paid out is Monday, when the banks are back open.

The ticket-holder can then decide whether to share their news or remain anonymous.

No further information will be disclosed unless the ticket-holder chooses to share their news.
