Man held in Germany 'may have supplied Paris gunmen'

A 34-year-old man has been arrested in Stuttgart in Germany on suspicion of arms dealing, but prosecutors have declined to comment on reports he may have supplied guns to the Paris attackers.

A spokesman for the prosecutor in the state of Baden-Wuerttemberg told Reuters: "I can confirm that a man is in custody on suspicion of arms trading."

German newspaper Bild reported the man was suspected of supplying the Paris attackers with two AK47s and two assault rifles which were sold online on November 7.
