Queen marks Magna Carta's 800th anniversary

The Queen and other senior royals are marking the 800th anniversary of the sealing of the Magna Carta today.

The royals are gathered at Runnymede, Surrey, where King John accepted the historic document that limited the power of the Crown on 15th June, 1215.

Red Arrows take to the skies for Magna Carta anniversary

A Battle of Britain Memorial Flight and Red Arrows fly-past have taken place over Runnymede Meadows in Surrey to mark the 800th anniversary of the sealing of the Magna Carta.

Earlier, the Queen and other senior royals attend a special event at the site where King John accepted the historic document that limited the power of the Crown on 15th June, 1215.
