A&E waiting times targets missed again
NHS targets for patients waiting to be seen in A&E has been missed for the 32nd straight week, figures show.
93.4% of patients waited for four hours or less to be admitted last week, dipping from 94.1% the previous week and 94.3% a week before that.
The target - 95% - has not now been hit since late September.
There were a total of 444,400 attendances at A&E in the week ending May 10 - up from 433,300 the previous week. 6,600 people had to wait more than four hours to be seen - a rise of 5,400.
