Late Beatles star John Lennon's first wife Cynthia has died, aged 75. In a statement posted on her son's Julian's website, her family said she died at her home in Mallorca following a battle with cancer.
John Lennon's first wife Cynthia has died at the age of 75.
A message on her son Julian's website said she died "following a short but brave battle with cancer".
It said: "Her son Julian Lennon was at her bedside throughout. The family are thankful for your prayers.
"Please respect their privacy at this difficult time."
The Democratic presidential candidate may also have shown his cards on his choice of running mate.
The US president also shared a post on Twitter accusing Dr Anthony Fauci of misleading the public over hydroxychloroquine.
