Nigel Farage calls anti-Ukip pub protesters 'scum'

Nigel Farage has branded anti-Ukip protesters who allegedly invaded a pub where he was having a family lunch as "scum".

Mr Farage said his children were so terrified during the incident that they "ran away to hide".

Farage's political rival Nick Clegg waded into the row, saying protesters should "leave his wife and kids out of it".
