At least 25 people have died in violent clashes outside a football stadium in Cairo.
Witnesses claim people had been crushed in a stampede when police used teargas to break up a crowd trying to enter the stadium from which they were barred.

Security sources said the riots erupted before the match between Zamalek and Enppi in the local football league in Cairo.
The clashes continued outside the stadium after the match, with authorities saying some of the fatalities were caused in a stampede.
