The Italian coastguard have retrieved the body of the last unaccounted victim of the Costa Concordia disaster.

The body was identified by family members as that of Russel Rebello, an Indian national who had worked on the ship as a waiter.

There will be a DNA test next week to confirm the identity of the body, NBC News reports.

His brother Kevin left an emotional message on a Facebook group dedicated to finding Russel:

I don't have words to express. Just my pain my tears, my heart pounding harder and my body trembling, when I broke the news to my parents a while ago, who now will have a sigh of relief, their constant prayers have been heard. Thanks to everyone who prayed and believed that one day he would be found.
