Luton Town FC: Damage to Eric Morecambe statue 'not funny'
Luton Town FC have tweeted their dismay at the attempted theft of a statue of Eric Morecambe.
The comedian was a supporter of the club and once appeared holding a 'Luton FC' sign in a Morecambe & Wise sketch.
