Prosecutor drops charges against broadcaster Paul Gambaccini

BBC broadcaster Paul Gambaccini will face no further action after being arrested under high-profile sex crime investigation Operation Yewtree.

The 65-year-old had maintained his innocence since he was held on October 29 last year, and today prosecutors said that there was not enough evidence to bring charges.

He said he has faced "12 months of trauma".
