People should be told to cut down on their sugar intake and limit time in front of the television to fend off obesity, health officials have warned.

'Everyone' should limit sugar intake doctors warn

Even people of "normal" weight should should be urged to avoid sugar sweetened drinks including fizzy drinks, sports drinks, squashes and any other hot or cold drinks that contain added sugar, the National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (Nice) has said in a new report.
