Lindsay Lohan to sue makers of Grand Theft Auto V

Hollywood star Lindsay Lohan is suing the makers of Grand Theft Auto V after they allegedly used her image and based a character on her in their latest installment without permission.

Lohan's suit says a character named Lacey Jonas in the game - released in September - is an "unequivocal" reference to the Mean Girls and Freaky Friday star.

Grand Theft Auto V makers Take-Two Interactive Software and subsidiary Rockstar Games declined to comment.
