Stars join call for volunteers to become 'dementia friends'
Stars from film, music and TV have created an advert to encourage people to become "dementia friends" and boost awareness and volunteering, the Alzheimer's Society has said.

A campaign to raise awareness of dementia has urged would-be volunteers to get by with a little help" from a few celebrity friends.
Stars like Ray Winstone and Terry Pratchett, who has Alzheimer's, joined the "dementia friends" campaign to urge more people to assist in the care of those with the degenerative condition.
