Peter Jackson tweaks end of Hobbit's journey
Movie director Peter Jackson has said he will tweak the ending of Bilbo Baggins's journey. Jackson said the original title of The Hobbit finale, There And Back Again, felt misplaced since Baggins arrived at his destination in the second film.
The title better suited a film that wrapped up a two-part story instead of a trilogy, he said.
So the final film based on the JRR Tolkien fantasy adventure is being renamed The Hobbit: The Battle Of The Five Armies. Jackson wrote on Facebook that he and the studio, Warner Bros, kept an open mind until a cut of the film was ready.
They watched it last week before agreeing on the new title. The film premieres in December.
