Two goals from substitutes secured a win for Ole Gunnar Solksjaer in his first game as manager of Cardiff City.

The Welsh side were a goal down in their FA Cup tie at Newcastle United before strikes from Craig Noone and Fraizer Campbell, both off the bench, saw Solksjaer's men through to the fourth round.

The Norwegian was known for his super-sub heroics during his 11 years as a Manchester United forward, most notably a stoppage-time winner in the final of the 1999 Champions League final.
