Prince Harry and his the Virgin Money South Pole Allied Challenge team have had to be evacuated from the South Pole before a forecast major Antarctic storm swept in to hit airbase Nova, where they were staying, the charity organising the event said.
Prince Harry quipped that his brother William will be envious that he has managed to escape from a "screaming" Prince George.
Speaking as he prepares for a 200-mile polar trek in Antarctica, Harry said, "I think he's just quite jealous I managed to get away from a screaming child."
The Democratic presidential candidate may also have shown his cards on his choice of running mate.
