Viewers have taken to Twitter and Facebook to voice strong opinions on government proposals to raise the age of driving to 18, with the possibility of curfews.
@itvnews would not change anything. Just lead to more 18 year olds being inexperienced at driving and even higher insurance premiums
@itvnews curfew is wrong, some new drivers may work shifts and would not be able to drive to and from work!
@itvnews old people are much worse drivers than young people. Have they considered looking into that?
