In an exclusive interview Amanda Knox told Daybreak it was "so scary to have to go through this again" after she was called for a retrial over the murder of British student Meredith Kercher.
The 26-year-old American, who has always maintained her innocence, confirmed she would not return to Italy for the new trial.
