Beat It: Fulham's Jackson statue 'to be removed'
The Michael Jackson statue outside Fulham's Craven Cottage stadium is set to be removed and returned to former owner Mohamed Al Fayed, according to The Daily Mail.
Al Fayed told fans shortly after the monument was erected in 2011 that they could "go to hell" if they did not like it.
He also joked that Fulham's new owner Shahid Khan would be in "big trouble" if the sculpture was removed.
However, it now appears that Al Fayed will take the statue to another one of his properties.
A Fulham spokesperson told the newspaper: "The statue is not part of the Riverside development of the stadium and will be returned to the former chairman in due course."
