Bradley Manning, who has requested to be referred to as Chelsea Manning, was pictured in a blonde wig in 2010.
Lawyers revealed during the trial that the soldier had emailed the above photograph to military superiors with the caption "This is my problem."
The Democratic presidential candidate may also have shown his cards on his choice of running mate.
The US president also shared a post on Twitter accusing Dr Anthony Fauci of misleading the public over hydroxychloroquine.
