Glee's executive producer is planning a tribute episode to honour star Cory Monteith. The actor, who played Finn Hudson in the hit show, died as a result of an overdose of heroin and alcohol.

Glee star Cory Monteith, 31, died as a result of a "sad and tragic" drug and alcohol overdose, authorities confirmed.
British Columbia coroner Barbara McLintock said there was no evidence to suggest the overdose was deliberate.
