British cyclist Mark Cavendish has had urine thrown at him by a spectator during stage 11 of the Tour de France.
Teammate 'ashamed' after urine thrown over Cavendish
Mark Cavendish's Omega-Pharma-Quick Step teammate Jerome Pineau said he was "ashamed" after a spectator threw urine over the British cyclist.
Pineau added: "(I am) ashamed when my friend Mark Cavendish tells me he has been whistled and even sprayed with urine on the course. It's scandalous".
