A third man has been arrested by detectives investigating allegations of a historic paedophile ring in North Wales.

The Serious Organised Crime Agency (Soca) said officers had arrested a man in Leicester:
The assaults, on three boys, are alleged to have taken place between 1969 and 1984 when they were aged between 12 and 14 years old.
The 62-year-old man will be taken to a police station in Leicestershire, where he will be interviewed.
Soca said no further information about the arrest or the specific nature of the offences being put to the arrested man will be provided.
It is the second arrest conducted by Operation Pallial.
The first took place on 23rd April and the man from Ipswich, Suffolk - accused of "a number of serious sexual offences against a number of individuals" - was bailed until the end of July.
