A third man has been arrested by detectives investigating allegations of a historic paedophile ring in North Wales.

Detectives investigating allegations of a historic paedophile ring in North Wales care homes have arrested a man in Leicester on suspicion of sexually assaulting three boys.
Detectives from Operation Pallial, which launched last November, are looking into 140 allegations relating to 18 care homes between 1963 and 1992.
