The British Lions are ahead at half time in their opening test against Australia.

The Wallabies suffered a shock in the first minute of the game when Christian Leali'ifano had to be taken off injured on his debut performance. It was a better start for Israel Folau who scored two tries for Australia.

Welshman George North shows little sign of the injuries that have plagued him over the past week, scoring one try and very nearly getting a second. Leigh Halfpenny has kicked the Lion's remaining points.
